FINANCIAL POLICY:

All Camps and Classes need to be paid in full, unless otherwise agreed upon by Kaleidoscope Performing Arts, prior to the first day of the camp, class, or production. 

A full refund will be given if a camp or class is canceled, or student is unable to attend due to unforeseen things. Email or call us to discuss.

A partial refund will be given if student is dropped on the day of, or after the first day of camp, class, or reherasal.

No refunds will be given after the 2nd day of camp, class, or rehearsal.

Your submission of agreement will state that you understand KPA’s Financial Policies.

VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHY:

Kaleidoscope Performing Arts will be videotaping and photographing students in camps, classes, or productions for marketing purposes for the website, social media sites, and for parents to purchase.  Students will not be named, nor tagged in photos.

Your submission of agreement will state that you give permission for your student to be videotaped and photographed. Contact KPA if you wish to opt out.
